Cannot delete Dell Restore on USB Sticks

Hello everyone !
Several months ago, I had some problems with my dell laptop.
I faced several micro freeze when using my computer. I was still under garanty but the support I had wasn't that effective and only asked me to take an usb stick with a large capacity to create a dell recovery and reinstall windows.
That's what I did but the problem was still here.
They kept asking me to do the same procedure and after several weeks of back and forth my garanty arrived at expiration and my problem was still here.

I have asked help and worked on this on my own and manage (i am still not sure how) to apparently fix the problem.
The thing is that I would like to reuse my usb stick but I cannot format it as the dell recovery image is prevent any operations on it.

I used diskpart and followed several procedures to try to overwrite this protection and to format the usb but in the end I was still unable to do so.

Can someone help me on this ?
