Dell precision 3440 SFF - Error 2000-0511 after upgrading cpu cooler

Hello,

I replaced the standard cooler (black plastic) with a cooler with heatsink (0M3KW6) removed from a Dell Precision 3450 SFF.

The error message is:

Quick test interrupted!

Fan - The CPU fan failed to respond properly

Error code 2000-511

The fan worked well with the 3450, but not with the 3440 although it uses a physically identical cooler but there are two references (0F2CY7 and 0M3KW6)

Is this cooler incompatible with the 3440 or there is a something wrong  with my motherboard/configuration ?
