Dell Lattitude 9420 problème de son
Depuis quelques jours, les hauts parleurs internes de mon Dell Latitude 9420 n'émettent plus aucun son. Le logo haut-parleur en bas à droite dans la bare des tâches affiche un x dans un rond blanc,
J'ai effectué plusieurs diagnostiques mais sans résultat. Lorsque que je veux ajouter un périphérique de sortie, le système mentionne AUCUN PERIPHéRIQUE DE SORTIE N'A ETE TROUVE
J'ai branché un casque dans le port USB et tout est OK. Merci de votre aide.

Bonjour et merci, J'ai installé l'application mais aucun son. Logo toujours inactif + mon appareil n'est pas compatible voir ci-dessous.
merci, je ne comprends pourquoi cela fonctionnait la semaine dernière, peut-être une mise à jour W11??

j'ai exactement le même problème qui est apparu fin juillet alors que tout fonctionnait normalement. Avez vous trouvé la solution?

Bonsoir. J'ai du réinstaller Windows 10 après un après-midi de chat avec le support Dell. Je suis de nouveau en Windows 11 et tout est ok mais le chemin est long..
