DELL Latitude E5540

Hello,

I have a problem with my battery. Even if the "Dell Command Power Manager" indicates that the integrity of the battery is excellent, it is not possible to recharge it more than 54%.

The BIOS is up to date A24.

Manufacture and Ownership date are : 01/20/2014

Windows 10 up to date.

How is it possible to resolve this problem ?
