Double Charge Issue with Recent Inspiron 16 Purchase
Hello,
I recently purchased an Inspiron 16 three days ago and received it today. However, I encountered an issue with the billing. On April 15th, the day of purchase, the total amount was charged. Surprisingly, on April 17th (today), I noticed that the same amount was charged again. I promptly emailed dell_paypal_fr@dell.com regarding this matter but have yet to receive a response. Could you please advise me on what steps to take next? I really need an immediate refund. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
