Battery charging failure stuck on 28%

Hello everyone,

I have Inspiron 16 2 in 1 bought in Oct 2023. The Laptop stopped charging and stuck on 28% and the battery icon on desktop says: " 28% available (plugged in) "and there's no error-warnings.

I have tried with different chargers but the result was the same, I have run some test from bios setup It says the health battery is excellent and there was no error message, I also passed many tests with Dell support services and I had any issue, I checked the battery report and there's no problem......

PS: It's still under warranty.

it's so bad to fill into battery charging failure after one month of use, so any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
