Dell 24 Inspiron 5420 fan noise

Hi!

2 weeks ago I bought a new Dell Inspiron 24 5420 all in one PC (core i7, 16GB RAM, 500Go SSD). 
I was very surprised about the fan noise with nothing special running which is the same level of noise of my old 2013 iMac from…2013 when overheating.

I contacted Dell support and the technician was surprised like me.

Dell sent me a new PC. I still got the first one. Same stuff.

Is it bad luck or is it normal to be disturbed  by the fan noise?

Just for info I haven’t installed anything yet, all drivers and BIOS are updated. Nothing particularly saturating the processor in the task manager.

I’m just about to send back the 2 PC I have and go for another brand.

2023 and my PC is as noisy as my 2013 iMac (with hard drive) when overheating!!!
