General Threads and Post are locked

All General boards are locked in a read only state. Which is why you see all of the blue/white lock icons =

You have to use the 3-Line icon shown below =

* Click PCs & Accessories
* Choose Desktops
* Click on your specific Desktop model (Inspiron Desktops, XPS Desktops, Alienware Desktops, Optiplex, Vostro, Alienware Consoles)
* Click the blue, "Start a Discussion" button
