Dell Latitude 7320 Detachtable automatically turns on after shuting down

My Dell Latitude 7320 Detachtable automatically turn on (as if restarting) after I shut it down (when the kich stand is pushed out).
Is there any way I can turn it off completely even when the kick stand is out?
